A fully renovated apartment only 100 meters away from the Numidio Quadrato metro station (Line A).
Although very close to the popular Via Tuscolana which is full of shops, bistros, restaurants, bars and more, the apartment is in a quiet and private setting.
The accommodation features:
• A double bedroom with a 21 cm high memory foam mattress, a 45-inch Panasonic TV, and a radio.
• A fully equipped kitchen with dishes and cookware.
• A bathroom and a cozy living room that can be turned into a comfortable second bedroom thanks to a high-quality sofa bed measuring 195 cm in length, 160 cm in width, and with a 21 cm mattress.
• Both rooms have air conditioning and a TV.
• And finally, a charming terrace, perfect for enjoying a sunny morning coffee, afternoon tea, or a refreshing Roman evening.
The apartment comes with all comforts:
Towels, soaps, drying rack, hairdryer, walk-in closet, radio, washing machine, spacious shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishes, coffee maker, and kettle.
Available for 1 to 4 guests.

Take the Terravision bus to Rome Termini Station.
From Termini, you can:
• Take Metro Line A (direction: Anagnina), get off at Numidio Quadrato station, then walk about 4 minutes to Via dei Laterensi 31.From Rome Tiburtina Station
• Take Metro Line B to Termini, then follow the same directions as above from Termini (Metro Line A to Numidio Quadrato station).
